Ay. so I go by the name of Chelle. I'm also about to be a senior and cant believe it's already happening. I can remember these crazy memories from out of nowhere. ;D
My life consists of my art, my music, my family, and my friends. If I didn't have one of them... well, I don't know what I'd do.
Emotional Outlets: One of the only ways for me to express myself is through my art. I am what my teacher calls an emotional artist. I'm not a realistic artist, but only because I choose not to be. My favorite thing to do in art is to paint. Oil painting, in fact. I love the way the paint mixes on my palet or even on the canvas. The way everything can come off the page or seem so distant. I'm not the best, but I plan on getting better everytime.
Another emotional outlet for me is my music. I love band and the music we play. I understand that the band, as a whole and as an individual, work to reach perfection and excellence. Like the quote hanging on the wall in the band room: "Good is the enemy of Great." and the quote I read a long time ago: "We are what we constantly do, Excellence, therefore, is not a form but a hobby." or something like that.
I also play the guitar and sing. I enjoy making my own music and making music with my closest friends. I enjoy listening to music other people make. I strongly believe that music has to come from the heart, so when I listen to music someone has made themselves, I feel like I'm listening to something that only their closest friends and family should hear. I listen to a variety of music. I was raised listening to country so old country(the real stuff) is good. I listen to anything from rap and hip hop to alternative and rock. I like listening to new bands who make music because they enjoy it. I will not listen to music that has no sentimental value.
Nonblood family: My friends are dear to me. I love them like they are my family. My closest friends have been with me for years and years. One friend I've had since I was three. My two other closest ones I have had since I was in the fourth grade. They have been with me through thick and thin. They have never left me even though I used to be a selfish brat when I was little. That's right, I'm not afraid to admit it. But I can't help but be thankful for them. I'm also a bit of a social butterfly. Granted, I don't consider myself popular(because I'm not) but I have many wonderful friends. We are close and tell each other pretty much everything. We gossip(because we're girls) and laugh a lot.
Anything else?: There are lots of random facts about me like how I can't stand to hear a skinny person call themselves fat. It drives me crazy!!! But anyway, if there are questions, post them below and I'll try my best to answer them.
